I have spent over a decade leading worship and developing teams, and my passion is seeing worship leaders grow, thrive, and step into their calling. As the Director of Music Ministry + Liturgy at Candeo Church in Cedar Falls, IA, I lead our worship ministry with a deep conviction that worship should be theologically rich, spiritually compelling, and musically excellent.
One of the greatest joys of my ministry has been training and sending out worship leaders to plant and lead in churches of their own. I believe that investing in the next generation of leaders is essential for the advancement of the gospel, and I love equipping worship leaders to faithfully serve their churches with skill and conviction.
At the heart of my leadership is a desire to see the local church thrive in its worship—both in sound doctrine and in Spirit-filled expression. Whether leading on Sundays, mentoring worship leaders, or shaping the liturgy of our gatherings, my goal is always to glorify Christ and build up His Church.
