Hi! My name is Dalton, and I am the Director of Music Ministry + Liturgy at Candeo Church in Cedar Falls, Iowa. I've spent over a decade leading worship and developing teams. One of the greatest joys of my ministry has been training and sending out worship leaders to plant and lead in churches. Investing in the next generation of leaders is essential for the advancement of the gospel, and I love equipping worship leaders to faithfully serve new churches with skill and conviction. My passion is to see worship leaders grow, thrive, and step into their calling. I lead our worship ministry with a deep conviction that worship should be theologically rich, spiritually compelling, and musically excellent. Are you Interested in worship leadership training?

Who is coaching for?
Why should I invest in coaching?
Maybe you stumbled into leading worship because you can play guitar and sing. Maybe you’ve been worship leading for a long time, but you feel as though you’re not growing your leadership. If that’s your story, coaching may be your next step.
I have coached worship leaders who are taking their first job at church plants, and I have coached worship leaders at churches of several thousand with multiple campuses looking to take steps to growing their culture of multiplication.
